A special park

This waterfront park, dedicated to the Veterans of WWI and WWII, is a frequent stop on my bike rides. It was the previous location of Senneville Lodge, an extension of the St. Anne Veterans Hospital, which was in operation from 1946 through 1989.
I was an officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force (Reserve) in the late 80s and early 90s, and my family has a long and continuing history of military service, so I feel a special affinity to this park and to the people it honours.
